How wonderful that in children’s Bible clubs, not only the children have opportunities to hear the Gospel, but also the adults who accompany them.
A grandmother came to one such club with her grandchildren. Throughout the programme, she was very attentive — and at the end of the Bible lesson, when the children were praying, she also prayed, weeping. A few days later, the children’s mother — the grandmother’s daughter — called the club host and thanked her for the programme, and for allowing both her mother and her children to participate.
Another story came from a girl who shared about her mother. After her father died, her mother fell into a severe depression, and for years, nothing and no one could help her.
Things changed completely after her mother began attending the Bible club. For years, she hadn’t even smiled but now she can laugh and is happy.
God’s reach so often extends further than we expect. Children come to hear the Gospel and He draws the hearts of the adults alongside them too. Would you pray that many more families would encounter Him this way?
