Christmas preparations began in November with a seminar for teachers. Fifteen teachers took part, and the program focused on sharing ideas and practical resources for working with children.
The teachers expressed gratitude for the encouragement and materials they received. One teacher shared:
“Thank you very much. Please keep bringing us together and encouraging us. We need this in our work with children.
This was a meaningful reminder that God uses each teacher to be a blessing to the children they serve.
Visiting Schools
In late November and early December, new opportunities opened in two schools. Thirteen elementary classrooms were visited during this time.
Teachers and students offered a warm welcome. Teachers shared comments such as, “We are expecting you,” and “We were worried you might miss us this year.”
The children asked thoughtful and joyful questions, including:
- “Are you going to tell us about God?”
- “If God created the world, who created Him?”
- “Why do we only celebrate Christmas once a year?”
- “Will you come again for Easter?”
One young boy shared that he keeps a notebook where he writes down the Christmas story each year so he can remember it. This moment showed how deeply the message mattered to him.
We pray that the seeds planted in these children’s hearts will continue to grow and produce good fruit in their lives.
A Small Christmas Gathering
In mid-December, a Christmas gathering was held for children. Four children attended. Two were familiar with the meaning of Christmas, and two were learning about it for the first time.
Although the group was small, the time together was joyful and meaningful. Each child was important, and every moment was a gift.
