Teamwork, Transitions, and the Joy of Service
For the first time in a long while, I wasn’t alone on a LEGO® outreach. At the start of October, we had an intern in our regional office who supported us in our work until the end of December. She then plans to move to Ireland to get married and start a new chapter with CEF of Ireland.
During these days, I truly realised what an incredible blessing it is to serve alongside someone else. It would be amazing if we could have long-term support for our office. Would you join us in prayer for this?
A Special Sending
I’ve been working at CEF for almost three years now. During this time, I’ve learned a lot and have had the opportunity to take on many responsibilities. I completed my formal training at the beginning of this year.
The 21st of September 2025 brought a special highlight—something many people already knew about: I was officially sent out by my church. During the service, the question “Why should children hear the Gospel at all?” was addressed. A preacher from my church also reflected on what it means to send someone out. Importantly, this sending doesn’t mean I’m leaving my church—I remain in Germany to tell children about Jesus here.
