United in Purpose

They say, “Unity is strength”—and I’ve found this to be especially true in God’s work when His children come together. This summer, I experienced it firsthand through the Day Camps.

One event, in particular,  was truly memorable. Volunteers from three different local churches joined forces, creating a spirit of collaboration that created surprising results. Our mission? To share the Gospel with children in several villages.

Nine dedicated women formed the team, driven by the desire to make a difference. And the results were beyond what we could have imagined! Not only did the children’s excitement and joy fill our days, but some also opened their hearts to Jesus. Another encouragement came from some mothers who approached us with a heartfelt plea: “Please, come back and teach our children.”

One of the ongoing challenges I face is recruiting committed collaborators willing to dedicate their time to work with children. This need never stops, especially as we continue caring for newly converted children. The demand for guidance, support, and love keeps growing.

I am deeply grateful to the faithful women who serve alongside me, giving tirelessly of themselves. Yet the work remains immense. I ask you to join me in prayer: “Lord, send more workers into Your harvest here!”

Together, united in purpose, we can continue to touch lives, bring hope, and share the love of Jesus with the next generation.
